Hard to put down a thoroughly enjoyable read.
This is a fantastic read. It moves at a fast pace. Often humorous and lots of drama. It makes you want to get to the end to find out what happens. Once you start you can’t put it down. Awesome book Greg. Can’t wait to read your second book.

A mixture of business success, funny stories, tragic deaths, lies, sex, drugs, friendship, betrayal and bravery – it has little bit of everything which makes the reading unpredictable, suspenseful and interesting. Well Done Greg Holman on a highly successful first book!
This is a fabulous read. Greg has written a compelling tale which draws you into the entrepreneurial mind of Billy Houston. As you read through the pages , you will often laugh or maybe cry and then suddenly be snared into the suspense of business dealings, and exposure of the greed and ambition of others. It contains tradegy, mystery, suspense, humour, business lessons and more.
I really got engulfed in the book and read it in a couple of days. I don’t find too many books like this. If you like a good laugh, have a spirit of entrepreneurship, and always support the bloke who battles against all odds, you will love this book.
Thoroughly enjoyed this debut book by Greg Holman. Finished it in a couple of days, engrossed in the trials and tribulations of Billy Houston, as he turns his business ideas into huge successes, and sometimes horrible failures. Along the way he deals with a mix of business egos and personal struggles.

Coming the California at age 14. His home country was Australia. His first 9 years in the USA proved to be quit challenging. Getting kicked of of school. Hanging with friends that drank and partied a lot. Losing a close friend and getting into a car accident that had is face rebuilt, with a lot of surgeries in his near future. Lost 3 wife with his workaholic life drive. His gave everything he had to, his start up in his businesses. Made his first million before 31 years old. deciding in mid life he was tired and left the USA. after some counseling, he started writing down things about his life. And ending up witting a book about his life. A very enlightening book on the business world. I freely five this review.

Overcoming many obstacles to become very successful

This is a story about a boy moving from Australia to California when he was 14. In the next nine years he was kicked out of school, was in a horrible car accident that made it so he had to have his face rebuilt. He then has abuse of alcohol and drugs an quit college. Even though he was so lost and low he pulled himself up to become a multimillionaire. He becomes so successful that he tells how he succeeded in his story. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

For some reason I was thinking this was a different type of book, so at first I was a little lost. Then I got into it and found it fascinating as a glimpse into an unknown world for me at least!
Such a journey and so descriptive it was a quick read once I got going. Looking forward to the next book.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not a business man but this book learned me a thing or two about how business works and how businesses get started. This is not an action filled book but an informative and a roller coaster of ups and downs the business world can give out. It takes a few good people to really get it right the first time over and over. If you want to look inside what it takes to be Billy Houston, this book will show you.

This book shows how you can go from nothing to the top and back and forth from top to bottom. There wasn’t much emotion to grab you but full of facts to inspire you. Having worked for a tax accounting firm this sounded very familiar.

This book is well written. It’s about a young man who throughout life failed and succeeded, but in the end becomes a billionaire and makes something of himself. All the struggles ups and downs the good in the bad was a little hard to get into in the beginning but the more you read the more you got into it all in all in great read.

A self-described serial entrepreneur, Billy offers a glimpse into the workings of his ever-active mind always on the lookout for the “next big thing.” He usually finds it!We meet his merry band of men: Chook Burns, Roger “the Dodger” Freeman, and Pat Gabriel as Billy talks about his upbringing. The story weaves a tale of an entrepreneurial mind going all the way back to high school. As the businesses come and go the reader is given a better understanding of the bonds between friends, the business acumen needed to be successful, and what happens when you try to take more than your fair share of the pie.The story shows the wealth to be reaped from successful business and the more sinister side when backdoor deals are made, and criminal alliances are formed. The writing is detailed in a way that makes you feel like you are there in the moment. As you are reading, you are trying to follow the clues to see if you can figure out how everyone came to be in the situation they are in.It’s an engaging read that’s hard to put down. It’s a good lesson in business practice as well (both good and bad events that can happen during the course of business.) You are left wondering how successful Billy’s latest business venture will be, but in the back of your mind, you already know.
Such an easy read as written in a style that you just want to keep on reading. The storyline is so believable, and you could really see these events happening,that you must follow through and see what Billy gets up to next. I can’t wait to read more of Greg Holman’s books . Keep writing Greg , the world needs authors like you.
